An entrepreneur, she has co-owned and founded several small businesses over the past 15 years including a wholesale produce processing and packaging company(Mrs. Condies Salad Co.), a small specialty food manufacturing company(www.penelopefinewinejelly.com) and a retail fancy food & gift basket company (www.honeybearbaskets.com), all located in lower downtown Denver in the historic Denargo Market area. In 2006, she sold all of her business interests in the three companies. She started her consulting business in 2007, after taking a year off to travel.

Mary has completed her training with the Coach Training Alliance in Boulder and is now a Certified Business Coach.  She is offering standard coaching services as well as a specialized proprietary program, "Accelerate Your Profit Now". She supports her client's personal journey into small business ownership by supporting them in creating a highly successful and thriving business.

Mary is a member of American Society of CPAs, Colorado Society of CPAs, National Association of Women Business Owners, American Society of Women Accountants, International Coaching Federation, and Denver Coaching Federation. She belonged to the Shrine of St. Anne Parish in Arvada, where she served on both the school and parish finance committees for several years.  She currently belongs to St. Patrick's Parish in Telluride. 

She grew up on the western slope of Colorado in Grand Junction graduating from Grand Junction High School.  She attended Mesa State College graduating with an A.S. degree in General Studies, and then the University of Colorado graduating with a B.S. degree in Business Administration & Accounting.  She just recently moved to Telluride, CO, where her mother was born and raised.
